LXMQ Selects Privaclave AI to Protect the Data Behind Its Decision OS
San Francisco, California — August 11, 2026

LXMQ has selected Privaclave AI as its first design partner, bringing runtime data protection into the LXMQ environment before the platform onboards a single consumer.
Most companies add security after they have users. We are doing it in the opposite order, and the reason has less to do with caution than with what our engine has to see in order to be useful at all.
Why we brought in security before consumers
A credit-card decision engine is not a recommendation feed. To tell someone which card to use for a specific purchase, or which balance to pay down this week, the system has to reason over live balances, credit limits, statement cycles, due dates, APRs and payment history — in the moment the decision is being made.
That is a different security problem than most consumer fintech faces. The sensitive data is not sitting in a database waiting to be queried. It is moving through AI agents, models, APIs and application logic every time a decision gets made. Protecting data at rest is not sufficient when the entire product is what happens in flight.
Privaclave AI's technology detects, classifies and protects sensitive information as it moves along exactly those paths. Running it as a design partner — inside our environment, against our real architecture — means both companies learn where the boundaries need to sit while the system is still being built, rather than after it is carrying real consumer data.
What the Decision OS actually decides
LXMQ's spend optimizer scores every card in a wallet on a single number. It combines the rewards earned on a purchase, any merchant discount available, the costs of putting that purchase on that particular card, and the effect the purchase would have on credit utilization.
Netting those four forces into one comparable score produces answers a rewards app cannot reach. A higher-reward card can lose to a lower-reward one when the purchase would push utilization past a threshold, because the credit-score damage costs more than the extra rewards earn. A rewards optimizer cannot see this, because it is not looking at balances at all.
That is the thesis in one sentence: the expensive credit-card mistakes are less about picking the wrong card than about using the right card at the wrong moment.
Getting that right requires the data. Which is why it has to be protected properly first.
About the partnership
Privaclave AI, founded by Sid Dutta, is based in Mason, Ohio. The design-partner pilot covers protection of sensitive information as it moves through AI agents, LLMs, APIs and applications within the LXMQ environment.
Arun Menon and Sid Dutta are available to discuss the architecture and the design-partner model.
